This is a key role in Asia Pacific and Japan, reporting to the Global Head of HR and regional CEO. responsible
for the full gamut of HR functions, your key focus are to support the business through assessing, developing and delivery of talent solutions, You will provide thought leadership and hands on execution of the talent strategy. In a continuous effort in enhancing the operational infrastructure of the organisation, you will be leading the implementation of a global HR system supported by in country HR managers in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. A mentor and coach, you constantly seek to enhance HR capabilities of your regional team members.
Degree qualified, you possess 10 to 15 years of HR experience with good knowledge of best HR practices, trends and developments. Prior experience in driving talent acquisition, talent development and talent management strategies is a great plus. You drive a collaborative team environment including the ability to build an effective working relationship with the business. You possess leadership ability with strong influencing skills.
