There are three businesses currently operating from the physical facility.
First the nursing home which offers a full range of services
for long and short term care and is fully Medicaid and Medicare certified with it's own Medicaid provider number.
There is a home health care business
that operates on all three islands. There are separate Medicare provider numbers for St. Thomas and St. Croix. That makes a total of three provider numbers that will transfer with these businesses.
The final piece is St. Thomas Heath care Management, Inc.; a residential and day treatment program for adolescents which provides formal education for the clients.

wing and four almost identical dormitory-styled wings around a core structure. There is room to add two more wings if increased capacity to 120 beds, is needed.
The steel framed roof is covered with coated galvanized metal sheathing. Exterior doors are security grade glass or metal.
The HVAC system is composed of a central system servicing the core area and individual units servicing the various rooms in each wing.
Two 88,000 gallon cisterns are built into the building foundation. There is a full kitchen with industrial-size equipment, dining hall, lounge area, basketball court, outdoor and indoor sitting areas, classrooms with computers, home center, equipped to retrain individuals returning to an independent living setting.
The building is equipped with the extra plumbing, electrical feeds, as well as safety features that meet federal regulatory requirements for nursing homes.
There is a 40 car paved parking lot, a gray water cistern for landscaping irrigation, and a sewage processing plant.
There is a half acre site above the facility which could be used to expand the adult day care or assisted living program.
