Project Description:
Looking for an individual with Biophotonics expertise, polarimetry; glucose and analyte detection, signal and image processing experience, Wavelet based data analysis experience, CT reconstruction software development experience, NIR, fluorescence, and Raman spectroscopy experience, image reconstruction and registration for optical tomography, and at least 5 journal publications.
Candidate will be doing biomedical research related to medical imaging, image reconstruction, biosensor development, and signal processing. Programming experience should include CT image reconstruction and Monte Carlo simulation using C, Visual C++, proficiency in Labview, optical spectroscopy and image reconstruction using Matlab, statistical analysis using SPSS, and proficiency using Fortran and Linux.

Qualifications: Doctoral degree is required in Engineering, Life Health and Medical Sciences.
Applicants cannot have received the most recent degree more than five years prior to the date of application and must complete all degree requirements before starting their appointment.
