 Marketing Management  position in a growth retail business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with the offer of vast growth and autonomy with in your role.
You will be given significant autonomy to drive the marketing team to ensure excellence in promotional activity.

Key accountabilities will include:-

Support business objectives per strategic plan and annual Business Plan as agreed with Brand Director and stakeholders

• Supervise quantitative and qualitative research to gain insight into customers and non customers of the business as directed - analysis of customer base, brand perceptions, pricing, knowledge of brands stocked, competitors etc

• Support business partners as directed in articulating and updating the 5 year strategic plan

• Manage advertising / marketing / PR spend within agreed annual Business Plan

• Manage liaison with all third parties - agencies, printers, graphic designers etc - within agreed budget

• Agree, cost and implement advertising and marketing and PR campaigns to support annual brand initiatives above and below the line

• Agree, cost and implement marketing campaigns to support new store launches particularly in new countries

• Communicate marketing initiatives around the business particularly ensuring that all stores are aware and involved as required

• Manage external communications via Customer services Department

• Supervise the loyalty programme

• At all times seek to measure results of marketing and advertising initiatives in terms of sales and profit generated against investment made

Maintain library of updated information on the industry across the GCC - growth, market size, GDP, population etc

This role is open to Retail market Marketing Managers / Directors. Suitable candidates will have 4 years+ marketing management experience in a recognised retail business. Middle East experience is not essential.

This role based in Kuwait on a full contract offering bonus, medical, relocation, discount, flght and very competitie Tax Free salary.
