Professional Sales position

JMH is looking for a proven Professional Sales leader for our Dallas office. The Sales will uncover consulting and full-time job openings. Will have light recruiting duties.

Responsibilities:

Sales experience in the IT, Marketing, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Administrative, Accounting, HR and Sales industry
Searching for (using various Internet sources and referral techniques)qualified candidates
Assisting in checking employment references
Arranging for background checks if necessary
Scheduling interviews
Briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews
Managing the offer process including helping to follow-up with candidates.
Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations with candidates
Building a database of clients with whom you have a relationship with
Prospecting for job openings
Networking with hiring managers
Building a book of business

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree is a plus
* 2+ years of agency staffing/recruiting experience
* Demonstrated ability in developing initial contacts
* Prospecting skills
* Capability and history of sourcing candidates via cold calling and network recruiting
* Internet and social media recruiting and lead generation
* Motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed
* Generate leads and work those leads from a warm call to a prospective customer
