Use Ultrasonic wear indicator to check wear on components.
Identify defective parts and components and repair or replace as required. This work includes axles, torque converters and complete transmissions, sprockets and gears, idler pulley’s, tracks, grouser and rollers of under carriage, track guides etc.
Carry out preventative maintenance at specified operating periods, i.e. 500, 750, 1000 hours etc. this work includes replacement of air, oil, fuel filters, lubricants, coolants, hydraulic fluids. Inspection of components for wear or failure including belts, hoses, couplings, drive shafts, boots, lights, leaks, loose bolts, damaged tracks, buckets of cracks and wear, worn pins, fan guards and shields, mountings and brackets for cracks.
