Job Description
Bring us a cup of morning coffee, feed us grapes, make friends with our copier… just joshin'. We're looking for someone who's in the know for all things bad ass: music, art, fashion, films…

We are seeking experienced and superstar talents to assist with:

• Concept, design and production of page layouts, promotional elements, online marketing/advertising unit (gif, flash and rich-media banners) and HTML email campaigns
• Critiquing and suggesting alterations to creatives as well as serving as the interface of the user community
• Revising, optimizing and producing multiple resizes of existing creative concepts
• Communicating design concepts and strategies, verbally and visually, while providing and accepting constructive criticism between management and the design department

Bring your ideas and talents to the table and we'll hook you up with opportunities to attend concerts/events, interview the big dogs in the industry, and if you're lucky, maybe score some free goods while you're at it.

Preferred Knowledge:

*Adobe Photoshop
*Adobe Illustrator
*Adobe Image Ready
*Macromedia Dreamweaver
*Excellent knowledge of web standards
*Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)


Requirements

15 precious hours a week. We're not nit-picky, we just want someone who will commit.

Compensation

We'll reward your hard work with seashells. Or you can opt for school credit. Either way, you're guaranteed a good time.
