Senior Funds Lawyer | 7 Years PQE | Top 10 Firm
This Top 10 firm has been developing its expertise in funds over the last number of years and now boasts an impressive client list including investment managers, promoters, custodian banks and fund administrators. Advising on the establishment of both on-shore and off-shore hedge and mutual funds, this broad based team also deals with regulatory issues, treasury issues, asset financing and leasing, securities trading, structured finance and derivatives transactions. The team now wishes to appoint an additional solicitor at either senior associate or partner level; an ideal opportunity for a solicitor with partnership ambitious who would like a broad funds role.

Senior Funds Lawyer | 5 Years+ PQE | Top 5 Firm
