Job Title: Engineering Assistant
No of Position: 2
Job Description:
1. Support technical analysis and trouble-shooting to component level for Printed Circuit Board
    and Wafer Probe Card.
2. Perform repair of boards and probe cards in term of soldering and change of tiny probe pins
   (Diameter 0.2mm).
3. Perform Preventive Maintenance of production boards/Probe Card.
4. Perform major repair and recondition works.
5. Support equipment upgrade and enhancements.
6. Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training.
7. Demonstrates discipline in execution of tasks
8. Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes
9. Prepare statistical trend report of down hardware
10. Analyze & report on hardware failure modes
11. Develop training materials and specification update for new implementations
12. Demonstrate leadership to team of operators & technicians to handle daily operation
     requirements
13. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
 
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Electronic is preferred.
2. With experience in maintaining Printed Circuit Board especially vertical wafer probe card
    support will be preferred. (Min 1 year)
    - Able to trace schematic for board trouble-shooting and repairing
    - With good eye-sight to perform good soldering even for <1mm components
    - With steady hand to perform 0.2mm probe pins maintenance
 
3. Able to communicate in English (written and spoken) and in Chinese (Spoken only).
