Job Title:      Field Service Engineer.
 
Purpose: To provide preventative maintenance, calibration, commissioning, validation and technical support to users of equipment supplied by Client Company, to a standard consistent with the high quality of the equipment and with the reasonable expectations of the customers.
 
Reports to:   After Sales Manager (Singapore)
 
Location: The position of Field Service Engineer will require the engineer to travel to customer sites throughout Asia but mainly in Singapore.
The work will be predominately Singapore based; however work as required can be at any location throughout the Asia.
 
Scope of Work (Site work)
 
Field Based
 
Field based work will consist of but not be limited to the following: -
 
This will typically consist of 3-5 days on site with the remaining days based in our offices in Singapore.
 
The field work will consist of but not be limited to the following: -
 

Preventative Maintenance Servicing on Client Company Autoclaves, Washers and Depyrogenation Ovens.
Calibration of all companies equipment
Commissioning, IQ/OQ and Validation of Client company Equipment.
Troubleshooting of faults on equipments
Performing Mechanical/Pneumatic/Electrical repairs on any equipment as required.
 

Any other work as required.
