Sterling Stay Beach House is a beautiful contemporary beach home with a guesthouse and private pool. It is located on along Scenic Gulf Drive on the Emerald Coast. This 3050 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views. Wireless internet is available throughout the property as well as expanded TV cable and Ipod dock with outdoor poolside speakers for your listening pleasure.

BEDROOMS: Main House - First Floor- King Bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Lounge.

Second Floor-
2 King Bedrooms w/full bath, 4 Twin Beds w/full bath.

Cabana Blue Guest House - 1 Queen Bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Lounge.

Neigbourhood: THE BEACH
Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast.

RECREATION
Destin offers exciting water activities: snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. An abundance of golf courses are also conveniently located in and around Destin.

DINING
Casual and fine dining is within walking distance at Camille's Restaurant or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's or Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood for lunch or dinner.

Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying beach views and a Gulf breeze as you dine.

SHOPPING
The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and many exclusive specialty shops as well as several major department stores.

The Silver Sands Outlet Mall located within 3 miles and provides another excellent opportunity for shopping for brand name merchandise.

About us: My husband and I are soon to retire from our careers in education and business administration. Our children are grown. We have traveled extensively throughout our lives and have lived abroad for 30 years.

We are very responsible and would like to exchange a comparable property for a minimum of 2 weeks up to an extended period with another professional couple or single professional.

Our property is available for exchange during the following months: Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb.

We are open to all exchanges. However, we are especially interested in new york City, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Greece and Thailand.
