GENERAL SUMMARY

The successful candidate reports directly to the Director, Compensation and is a highly responsible professional that is expected to make an immediate impact on the HR functions ability to provide valuable compensation services and insights to Business and Functional Leadership on a global basis. The successful candidate will develop complex human resources and financial analyses to support compensation policy recommendations. The successful candidate must also be able to provide customer:focused compensation consultation to managers and executives in all areas of the company. This individual should have excellent systems skills.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be expected to make an immediate impact on HRs ability to partner and deliver superior results to the functional leaders and employees in the across the global organization.

Specifically, this role will:

Develop, implement, and administer base pay and incentive compensation programs.
Develop complex Human Resources and financial analyses to support compensation policy recommendations.
Analyze current compensation programs for alignment with business objectives.
Lead market data analyses projects and provide recommendations for pay levels.
Manage salary survey submission process
Provide functional compensation expertise to HRIS programs and initiatives.
Introduce and roll out job evaluation methodology to new institutions
Introduce and roll out compensation tool to new institutions
Lead compensation training and education programs for the management team.
Analyze current incentive plans for business alignment and compensation competitiveness.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to all compensation administrative rules.
Oversee annual compensation processes.
Prepares compensation:related communication pieces such as brochures, incentive plan documentation, and pay administration publications.
Conduct ad hoc compensation studies and surveys as necessary

Working experience with: Job Evaluation, Market Pricing, Survey submission and analysis of results are required.
Working experience with: Variable Pay, Sales Compensation, Long:term Incentives / Equity Compensation and executive Compensation are desirable.
Strong qualitative and analytical skills and have ability to perform basic statistical calculations
