SUMMARY POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Due to manufacturing expansion within South East Asia zone, our client is aiming to strengthen its sales and marketing network regionally. Furthermore, a Singapore-based representative office will be shortly opened in line with the recruitment of this initial role.
Reporting directly to Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Director, the main market area 1. Singaporean / Multinational accounts based in Singapore and an additional customer base in JB Malaysia.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

To market, promote and study the Singaporean release liner markets and report these back to Loparex Group
Look after the existing customer base in Singapore — making sure the daily order collecting, processing and handling is rightly done. In charge of the information flow and updates (not to make the documentation)
Being part of the multinational global sales team — looking after the multinational accounts based in Singapore
Actively search, find and visit new potential customers and report the development on a daily / weekly / monthly basis or as agreed separately
To offer the technical and commercial support to the Singaporean customers
To follow the Singaporean markets and report the market development and general economic situation in Singapore back to the management of Loparex AP
Act as the Chief Representative for the Loparex HK Limited Singapore office fulfilling the duties and responsibilities related to this position.
To attend the sales meetings, seminars and technical development courses of Loparex Group both regionally and globally and visit the relevant exhibitions and seminars in Singapore and other countries as agreed separately
Help to develop the business, structure, image building and other related matters of Loparex Group within Singapore
Actively and systematically participate to plan, implement and follow sales budgets, plans and strategies of Loparex Group concerning the Singaporean markets based on the time-limits, principles and formats of Loparex Group. Report the development on a regular basis as agreed separately
Follow all company procedures and policies and help to develop those
Health and Safety: Expected to manage and maintain a safe working environment, within the organisation, in compliance with the company's Health and Safety policies and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Highly-motivated, Independent, Good presentation with solid track records in sales

Technical Background: Adhesive, Coatings, Polymer, Silicone Coating, Film and Paper

Multi-cultural background with 10 -15 working experience with MNCs

Frequent International and Domestic Trips
