Location:    Singapore
This is a new role which will require the successful candidate to be able to accurately establish the business needs of an organisation through a depth questioning process.
This is a business development position focusing on Client development, recruitment and operation management across all verticals in Asia. To provides a broad range of human capital consultancy to clients. This position requires working with a wide variety of clients from national public sector organisations to International brand.
You shall be responsible for the business effort development for Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Vietnam and China market evaluating new opportunities to ensure profitability and long term growth.  You will function as a Bid-Leader during the presentation, proposal preparation, prepare and customize staffing proposals to meet the Clients’ requirements.  In addition, you will build strong industry networks and foster client relationships.

Skills & Experience Required:
Solid track records in service sales in solution-selling background focus on understanding specific business requirements. The incumbent must have a strong interest in embarking on a people-oriented career. Ability to effectively interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds. Strategic think and high-level consultancy experience, with an existing network is an advantage. This role requires English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking.
