A Private Bank in Denver is seeking an experienced and polished
Bilingual Executive Administrator to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the President of the company.
Schedule and help arrange meetings for the board of directors.
Arrange travel plans and reservations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Organize, classify and process information.
Utilize problem solving techniques to minimize and dissolve discrepancies
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to perform all other delegated duties..
Requirements
Five years of experience in an executive administrator role.
Bachelors Degree.
Have excellent Oral and Written communication skills!
Bilingual in Spanish both in written and spoken.
Ability to communicate effectively written and orally.
Work well with minimum supervision and an in team environment.
Have a can do attitude and willing to accept new challenges.
Provide great customer service.
Hours: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
