Responsibilities:
You will primarily responsible to conceptualise, design, develop and implement strategic learning and organisation development programs to equip employees with the required knowledge and skills in driving high performance culture to achieve organisation strategic goals and business objectives for our Singapore, China, Vietnam, Australia and Thailand Offices. This will include:


Talent Management program
Leadership Development program
Succession planning for mission critical positions
Best-in-Class business excellence system framework and benchmarking
Employee Engagement survey
Works closely with the Management  in identifying business needs and translating them into HR initiatives that will contribute to business excellence 
Requirements:


Bachelor in Human Resource or Organisational Development with minimum 4 years of experience in development, deployment and administration of strategic organisation wide learning and development initiatives in a MNC environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
Meticulous and with an eye for details.
Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced environment. 
Able to travel within a short notice
